Due Diligence Overview

Due Diligence·Updated 27 Jun 2026·9 min·Confidence: High

A structured review process for private and company-owned property purchases.

DD Checklist PL: due diligence

Objective

Due diligence should convert uncertainty into a checklist. The result is not perfect certainty, but a documented view of what is known, verified and still open.

Key takeaway. This section is designed as an operational reference, not a motivational note. Every claim should eventually map to a document, observation or calculation.

Core modules

Seller, legal title, company records, tax/VAT, payment route, notary, building status, administration fees, rental permissions and exit value.

Gdańsk standard

The Gdańsk case set the standard: verify NIP/KRS, website, land register, notary office, VAT logic, bank account and seller consistency before any transfer.

Output

Every candidate receives a DD status: Unchecked, In Review, Verified, Conditional Go or No-Go.
