FORS exit and strategic reset

The move away from FORS created a rare window for travel, reflection and strategic repositioning. The second part of the Grand Pacific Tour became a mental reset before P1.

Gdańsk field phase

The field phase included Brzeźno, Letnica, Sucha, Porto, Sopot, Orłowo, Hel and the Frische Nehrung. Several assets were physically inspected and compared with online data.

Due-diligence escalation

The process matured from emotional attraction to formal checks: Booking data, land register (PL: księga wieczysta), NIP/KRS, notary contact, proforma logic and funding analysis.

Decision point

The final no-go was triggered by liquidity risk, not by a defect in S17 or distrust toward Piotr. This distinction is central to the investment system.
